Get this.

I parked in a two-hour parking zone today for about four hours. I don't deny that I was wrong in parking there for so long, but I park there all of the time, and I've been working there for nearly a year. Today, I get a ticket. That's not really the kicker. I'd be cool with the ticket being about 15 dollars, even 20 dollars. No. It's a FIFTY DOLLAR TICKET! I'm SO mad. I want to go yell at someone but I don't know who. That's just ridiculous for a ticket. Ugh. I could have done so much with that 50 dollars.

Interesting phone call

So, I get a phone call at work. This lady just starts going off on ACU. She "wanted to inform everyone" that we are all going straight to hell because we allow students to play instruments on campus. Her son was going to attend ACU, but since hearing of this, she wanted to cancel him immediatly. So, I asked her where he would attend college and she said TX A&M. Really. I had to laugh at that one. Because NO ONE plays instruments there. I'm so sure.

Baby Boy Cooper

Yep, it's a B-O-Y! We're pumped, but need nursery advice since we just love home improvement projects.

Yeah, we got a card from Tonya and Eric today with a picture. Nadia is so cute. They're lucky to have a calm baby! If Cooper's anything like me and Luke, we won't see a moment's rest!

IS ANYONE OUT THERE?

I'm sooooo sure. I don't check this site for like 5 weeks, and not one single post has been made. Whatever. We've got to keep in touch! How is everyone? I'm so excited for Thursday to find out girl or boy on baby Hejl!! I can't even handle it. Sara, you better post or email ASAP after your appointment!! I started my new job in Admissions at ACU on Monday. Talk about information overload. You go to ACU and you think you know everything about it.....man was I wrong. But I am really enjoying it so far. Kaitlyn will be 2 on Sunday!!! Crazy! She is growing up too fast. You soon-to-be, or new moms - soak up every minute!!! Anyway, I miss everyone!!! My new email address is Leslie.Mayo@acu.edu.
